Whether you turn up in colourful clown trousers or just your everyday clothes, a game of curling is guaranteed to bring out the competitive nature in you and your friends. Curling is a stimulating game right up until the last stone is thrown – no matter if you have played before or are a complete novice, or if you play with your friends, colleagues or family.
Drop-in or instructor sessions
Can you manage to get the stone in the circle, potentially pushing the other team’s stone out in the process? Curling is an entertaining activity, appropriate for anyone over 12. Those who have already tried once before are keen to come back, and we have multiple groups of friends who are regular visitors to our curling rink at Vestkanten.
If you have curled before, you’re welcome to attend a “drop-in” session without an instructor, for a minimum time of one hour.
Never played curling before?
If curling is new to you and your team, we recommend ordering a curling package, which gives you everything you need for an exciting game on the ice. You must have at least four people to order the curling package, but eight people is ideal. An instructor is also included in the package, who will go through the rules and provide useful tips. You’ll be able to use our curling rink for two hours. For larger groups, we can create tournaments and serve food in our conference room, Peisestuen, after you’re finished playing. We are fully licensed. Remember to turn up well in advance!
PS: The curling package can be booked right up to the event time, but we cannot guarantee an instructor for bookings that are made less than 24 hours before arrival.
